Cuenca & Surroundings

Those who visit Cuenca always have a comment in common: “it’s a city t live” and it is because of the beauty of the landscapes and the warmth and kindness of the people who truly value and live their traditions.

Just by going through the historic center we can realize the special fascination that the paved streets cause on visitors, they may seem to evoke the melancholy of distant times, back in the day when iron cast balconies, and wood, stone or marble carvings were neatly manufactured for the decoration of the living quarters or temples.
